Help shape the future of victim support in Merseyside!

Have you been affected by crime in the last three years? Your experiences are invaluable in helping improve the support services provided.

@MerseysidePoliceandCrimeCommissioner is calling on all victims of crime to share their views through a survey.

This is your chance to make a real difference in the lives of future victims.

Victim Care Merseyside has been a lifeline for nearly 60,000 victims over the past year, offering free, confidential advice and specialist care through a dedicated hub of trained staff and 10 independent local organisations.

These services are designed to prevent repeat victimisation, protect victims from further harm, and help them cope and recover after a crime.

By participating in this survey, you can help us understand what worked well for you, what could be improved, and what additional services might be needed.

Whether or not you reported the crime to the police, your feedback is crucial.

We want to ensure that every victim in Merseyside receives the best possible care and support, regardless of where they live.
